My passion for photography, photojournalism, and documentary photography began at age six when I insisted I needed a camera to document a school field trip. Soon after, I was given a Kodak Brownie and have since never stopped exploring the world with a camera.
Following my childhood in Mexico City, I studied architecture in the United States and photography in Canada. Today, I make my home in Vancouver, British Columbia, from where my activities span architecture and photography assignments, volunteer work with humanitarian organizations, and international travel.
I believe in the power of images to create understanding and effect change in the world around us.
